Producing for over 15+ years, BGM has earned the respect of many Grammy Award Winning Artists. I have been blessed to rock stages with these Grammy Artists, and to call them friends. When it comes to producing, I make sure each track has its own personality...its own life. Fans describe it as the future sound/style of producing. Sound selection alone always makes for a one of a kind production. When it comes to Reggae Music, most call my tracks extremely unpredictable. Some consider me (BGM) one of the musical pioneers bringing the Poly movement and it's culture to the world with all new styles of productions. Of course I produce all styles. I am often hired to add to tracks, produce new tracks or remix...so whether its a Roots production or not, expect the Braddah Gabe heat!
Productions inlcude: Roots Reggae/Reggae, R&B, Dancehall, HipHop, Latin, Smooth Jazz to Relaxation and even Instrumentals.."whatever I feel, I create. " Although I have worked with major artists, theres nothing like collaborating with untapped raw talent etc. Either way, no matter how the dice falls, you can always trust that the musical blood flowing through my veins will always keep the music true, after all, it is an ART that we must all cherish and appreciate. Braddah Gabe Music operates with the Pro Tools platform. So if you use Logic, Live, Record, Reason, Fruity Loops, Cubase, Nuendo, Sonar, and most others, then no worries, my setup is compatible. So go ahead, use your favorite third-party daw from start to finish or lets create a new production in Pro Tools.

I utilize my connections which are typically Recording Artists and facilitate concerts, shows or events. I am all about collaborative events. Producer / Engineer
One of my weapons in my arsenal is the Producer role. I truly feel even as a professional musician, the ability to produce, write & arrange, and engineer is a triple threat! Creating is one thing, knowing that I can pre-produce anything at the house prior to the studio session is a time and money saving benefit. One thing you can count on....is that I truly know, understand, and respect the art of producing. Let's get started today. Currently I am running a Pro Tools set up.
Musical Director / Artist Recruiter / Consultant
I have worked with many record labels and executives to find the "next band or artist" to make moves in various industries. References are available upon request. One thing I love to do is taking on the responsibility of a band leader/musical director role. Various tasks included: producing, engineering, band direction, music arrangements, song selection, and show/concert logistics.
As an artist recruiter, one must truly understand people and the industry as a whole. More importantly, they in my opinion, must vision the future. More of a "bigger picture" vision. Although there are many traits that can be trained when finding certain label's needs, Artist Recruitment is a great responsibility that I love to take on while utilizing skills & experience that cannot be trained. So if you need and AR with vision, ambition, and the foresight to cast the next big thing or band? Put your trust in someone who is respected in the various industries and just as important, delivers client's needs.
SWEET THANG: This track features Kid Dynomite from Sudden Rush. With this one, I wanted to create a more HIPHOP feel for Oshen. Showing his versatility once again, Oshen's final vocal track in the studio was str8 FIYAH! Much love to Kid Dyno for the collaboration & irie vibez he brought to the studio. AURITE!!
U NO LOVE ME: On this track, I decided to keep it as simple as possible. Timpani line, skank, bassline, and the rest was left up to Oshen to bless it with his lyrics! Sure enough he killed it! Bless Up Oshen for the continued support to BGM.
PEDESTRIAN: I always loved the Steel Drum. With this track I wanted them to be heard a different way. I wanted to bring a melody that was catchy, yet hit hard. One that would make someone start bobbing their head. Once the melody was created, I added the Skank piano line...put a str8 beat to it, and of course added the final touch, which was Oshen's lyrics.
DEEPER LOOK: Most know I also play classical piano. This string line with violins actually started out as piano chords. Once I switched to violins, it took a whole new feel. My idea for this track was a simple string line that was effective. Most know Oshen for his PNG / Island Groove Reggae tracks...I wanted to create a few tracks that would show Oshen's other side of creativity. Once he added his conscious lyrics, the rest was history.
SALT WATER ANTHEM: Wow, now this one came out to be one of my favs. This track features Lopaka Kanaka'ole. What an honor this was. When I created this track, I tried to capture the vibe of roots style walk or water conscious/Island conscious mood. I added the Japanese shakuhachi flute in the INTRO and OUTRO. I bent the notes to give it that ambient sound as well. This one came together at Sharpnote Records studio. I had an idea of a CHANT rap or something CHANT style. But when Lopaka added his verse, it was OVER! What more could I have asked for - Oshen's lyrics, and chorus in different languages was the icing on the cake....
Aloha mai kakou! My name is Paul Pu'ukani Sebala and I was born and raised in the melting pot of the Pacific~Hawaii! The majority of my life I grew up in a town called Aiea, Halawa to be exact, just across the street from Pearl Harbor. I have many passions in my life such as the Lord, my ohana (family), playing the ukulele, football, eating and of course my friends. One of my greatest passion though is Hawaiian island music. I love listening to it, playing it, and most of all sharing it with other people.
Back in the beautiful state of Hawaii, my home, I was priviledged to work several years for the top Hawaiian island music station, KCCN FM100. It's during this period that my aloha (love) for the Hawaiian culture and its music grew stronger and solidified. Unfortunately in December of 2002 my ohana and I moved from the islands. I currently reside on the 9th island of Las Vegas along with a roughly estimated 65 thousand other Pacific islanders and people from Hawaii. Now that I live in Las Vegas this is my way to continue to share the music of the islands that I love so much.
On that note I present to you the station making waves throughout the internet radio world, "Your Island Music Connection is Pipeline 2 Paradise!
